Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 81/2025 of PS Ranhola for offence under Section 420/120B/34 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners.

After addressing partly, on being pointed out the seriousness of allegations that the petitioners forged the titled documents and sold away property of their father to a third person, keeping the respondent no.2 in dark, learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions of petitioner no.1 present in Court, seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 3.
