% 02.02.2016 After arguing for some time, the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse before the learned Trial Court.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
