This hearing has been done by video conferencing. 2.

This is an application for grant of interim bail for a period of 45 days. The Petitioner was granted interim bail on 30th June, 2020 for a period of 15 days from the date of release. Thereafter, it is now stated that as per the High Powered Committee's minutes dated 22nd June, 2020, since the offence is under Section 302 of the IPC and the Petitioner has been in custody for more than two years, he is entitled for further interim bail for a period of 45 days. Considering the minutes of the High Powered Committee and the fact that the Petitioner surrendered after the expiry of the initial bail period and there does not appear to be any flight risk, the Petitioner is granted interim bail for a period of 45 days from the date of his release on the following conditions:

i. The Petitioner shall furnish a personal bond to the tune of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the Duty Magistrate.

ii. The Petitioner shall not leave NCT of Delhi; iii. The Petitioner shall not attempt to contact, threaten or otherwise influence the witnesses;

iv. The Petitioner shall maintain good and peaceful behavior; v. The Petitioner shall give the I.O. his active mobile number and permanent residential address and be in touch with the I.O. on a daily basis.

The Petitioner shall immediately surrender upon the expiry of the 45day interim bail period. 5.

The bail application is disposed of in the above terms. All pending applications are also disposed of.
