None appears for the petitioner.

An affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no(s). 1 and 2, in compliance with the directions contained in the order dated 08.01.2026. The same reads as under:
"1. During the course of hearing, attention is drawn to the order dated 20.05.2025 which expressly directs as under:
"5. Unequivocally, the Court had held that date of birth, as per the Birth Certificate, was 10th February 1968 and that will be considered as the evidence of age proof. The reliance on the letter of the Manager (HR) now, is therefore, flawed.
6. Respondent will, therefore, continue to pay till the age of sixty years which would be completed on 9th February 2028. A compliance affidavit in this regard shall be filed.
7. Further affidavit shall be filed by respondent showing the total amounts which are due, as per the entitlement to the petitioner as directed by the Court on 14th March 2023, taking the date of birth as 10th February 1968 and the amounts which will, therefore, become due and the interest applicable on the same, in compliance with the directions of the Court. Affidavit shall be placed within the said six weeks with copies to counsel for petitioner." 2. Learned counsel for the respondents seeks some further time to file the compliance affidavit. Let the same be done within a period of 2 weeks from today.
3. The respondents are directed to release the payment to the petitioner to clear the arrears/ dues of the petitioner in terms of the aforesaid order. Let the same be done before the next date of hearing.
4. In case the same is not done, the concerned officials of the respondents shall remain present in Court on the next date of hearing.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the entire amount due and payable to the petitioner has already been released to the petitioner. 4.
In the circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition; the same is, accordingly, disposed of. 5.
Needless to say, if the petitioner has any outstanding grievance, he shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedies under law.
