Mr. Zeehshan Ahmed, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff submits that plaintiff has no objection in withdrawing the suit but the only concern is that the offending post is removed by defendant no.1. 2.
On the other hand, Ms. Anjali Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of defendant no.1, on instructions, submits that once the suit is withdrawn, defendant no.1 will remove the offending post within a period of three days. In view of the above statement of defendant no.1, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is reserved with the plaintiff to revive the suit in case the offending post is not removed within three days. 4.
