The present petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent nos. 1 to 3 for sealing and demolition of the unauthorised construction made on the property bearing no. 810, measuring 272 sq. yds., ward no. XI, situated at Gali Ahmed Shah, Haveli Azam Khan, Bazar Chitli Qabar, Jama Masjid, Delhi-110006.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2/Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), has handed over to this Court a copy of the Demolition order dated 10th March, 2025, and other documents. Notice, with respect to the unauthorised construction, was issued on 04th February, 2025. Subsequently, after giving hearing to the concerned persons, Demolition order dated 10th March, 2025, has been passed. 3.
The documents as provided by respondent/MCD are taken on record. 4.
This Court takes note of the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the respondent/MCD that the demolition action was fixed for 02nd April, 2025 and 04th April, 2025. However, the said action could not be taken for want of police assistance.

Accordingly, it is directed that the MCD shall take action against the unauthorised construction, within a period of six weeks from today, in accordance with the demolition order dated 10th March, 2025. 6.
The SHO, Police Station Chandni Mahal, Delhi is directed to provide requisite police force to the MCD, as and when action is fixed by the MCD for taking action against the unauthorised construction. 7.
Further, in case, the other private respondents are aggrieved by the demolition order passed by the MCD or any action of the MCD, they are at liberty to seek their remedies, in accordance with law. 8.
The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. 9.
In case, the petitioners are still aggrieved by any non-action on the part of the MCD, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the Special Task Force ("STF"), as constituted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 10.
With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition, along with the pending application, is accordingly disposed of.
