% 28.08.2020 (hearing through Video Conferencing) Learned counsel present on behalf of the applicant submits that he has filed his vakalatnama, which is also so indicated as per the record. There are certain documents that have been filed on behalf of the applicant. The status report dated 27.08.2020 has been submitted by the State to state to the effect that the voice sample of the applicant has matched with the audio files in the CD exhibits 1 in relation to the investigation conducted qua FIR No.16/2019, PS Crime Branch under Sections 506/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application seeking liberty to file a fresh application in view of the submissions made on behalf of the applicant that the father of the applicant is presently in ICU. The application is thus dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted, as prayed.
