The petitioner, who is a Post Graduate Teacher - Vocational (Hospitality and Tourism) assails an order dated 28.03.2025 passed by respondent No. 3 - Deputy Director of Education (Vocational), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi ["GNCTD"], by which the School, where he is serving, has been directed not to utilise his services with effect from 01.04.2025.
