The petitioner has filed this application to place on record a settlement deed dated 29.05.2024, by which the disputes between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 have been settled. As a result of the settlement deed, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are required in this petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["the Act"]. 2.

The settlement deed dated 29.05.2024 is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 undertake that their respective clients will act in terms of the settlement deed. 4.
