appearing for the respondents raised the preliminary objection that the present appeals are not maintainable under Section 13(1A) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015.

In view of the aforesaid objections, the learned senior counsel appearing for the appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeals with liberty to avail the remedies in accordance with law. 3.

The present appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

We clarify that this order permitting the appellant to withdraw these appeals, will not preclude the appellant from availing its remedies, if any, in accordance with law.
