Notice issued.
6.
Mr. Izhar Ahmed, Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1/State and Mr. Abhinav Agnihotri, Advocate for complainant/bank, accept notice.
7.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- with the complainant/bank on 25.02.2021. 8.
The aforesaid submission is disputed by learned counsel for complainant/bank who submits that till 01.03.2021, not even a penny has been paid by the petitioner towards the outstanding amount. 9.
The fact remains that the order dated 14.08.2020 has not been complied with by the petitioner. The conduct of petitioner dissuades this Court to continue the concession of bail granted to him. 10.
In view of above, I hereby recall order dated 14.08.2020. Petitioner is directed to surrender with the concerned Jail within two days i.e. on or before 05.03.2021 by 04:00 p.m.
11.
With aforesaid directions, this application is dismissed. SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J MARCH 03, 2021 r BAIL APPLN. 1814/2020 Page 2 of 2
