Registry has reported that said amount has been received and has been kept in fixed deposit.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the amount has been deposited, petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition, however, reserving the right of the petition to approach the concerned Court/Registry for disbursal of the amount in terms of order dated 12.12.2019 read with order dated 03.03.2020.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
