% 27.07.2020 This hearing has been held through video conferencing. Mr. Rishi Manchanda, ld. counsel for Petitioner submits that the result of the three improvement exams in which the Petitioner had appeared has been declared by the CBSE. However, the result of the fourth exam of Business Studies, which was cancelled due to the Covid-19 lockdown, has not been declared. According, to Mr. Manchanda, ld. counsel, the assessment of students in the cancelled examination ought to be as per the assessment scheme which was upheld by the Supreme Court, vide order dated 26th June, 2020. Mr. Amit Bansal, ld. counsel for Respondent submits that the CBSE Committee had approved the said assessment scheme only for regular students and not for students appearing in the improvement exams.
