Ms. Priya Hingorani, Senior Counsel for petitioner, appears and states on instructions that pursuant to previous order dated 10th February 2025, affidavits placing on record the unconditional apologies of respondent nos.1 and 2, have been received. The same are also on record. 2.

Petitioner has no objection if such unconditional apologies are accepted.

In view of the same, the said apologies of contemnor Nos.1 and 2 are accepted.

It would be the expectation that there shall be no further infractions subsequently.
