The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the power of attorney has also not been obtained.

It is seen that the present petition has been pending before this Court since 29.04.2019.
The petitioner prays that FIR bearing No. 0129/2013, under Sections 498A/406 of the IPC, be quashed on the basis of settlement arrived at between respondent no.2.
Since the concerned parties are not appearing, this Court does not consider it apposite to quash this FIR. 4.
At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh after ensuring due representation on behalf of the concerned parties. 5.
