% 11.09.2019 This is a petition filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator. Learned counsel for the respondents states that in a different contract involving the same petitioner Mr. K.N. Agarwal, former D.G., CPWD (Mob: 9818310931) has been appointed an Arbitrator. He states that Mr. K.N. Agarwal be appointed as an Arbitrator in this case as well, to which the learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection. Accordingly, Mr. K.N. Agarwal is appointed as a sole Arbitrator who shall adjudicate the dispute between the parties. The fee of the learned Arbitrator shall be regulated by the provisions of the Fourth Schedule of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The petition stands disposed of.
