On instructions, a prayer for withdrawal is made as the petitioner has an alternate statutory remedy.

The present petition, as such, stands disposed of as withdrawn. 3.
Liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternate remedy. 4.
We clarify that we have not gone into the merits of the matter qua the findings recorded in the Order-in-Original.

Since the Order-in-Original was passed on 21st November, 2025 and the petition was filed in the month of March, we deem it appropriate to grant time of two weeks to the appellant to file an appeal from today.
