7. At joint request, the petition is taken up for disposal.
8. This petition seeks the following reliefs: "In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, it is, therefore, respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction directing the respondent to carry out the demarcation of the land of the petitioner bearing Khasra Nos. 724, 725, 734, 735, 7 41, 742 & 753, Village Kadipur, Delhi;
OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE A Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction directing the respondent to provide a copy of the demarcation report in respect of the demarcation already carried out by the respondent in respect of the land of the petitioner bearing Khasra Nos.724, 725, 734, 735, 741, 742 & 753, Village Kadipur, Delhi.
AND/OR ANY OTHER FURTHER WRIT, ORDER AND/OR DIRECTION, WHICH THIS HON'BLE COURT MAY DEEM JUST FIT AND PROPER, IN THE FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE CASE, IN FAVOUR OF THE PETITIONER.
IT IS PRAYED ACCORDINGLY."
9. There is no opposition to any relief sought. In the circumstances, let demarcation of the aforementioned lands be carried out by the respondent-Revenue Department by way of a Total Station Method. Costs of the same shall be deposited by the petitioner in terms of the respondent's communication. The demarcation shall be completed by the end of September 2020. The Demarcation
Report shall be supplied to petitioner forthwith.
10. The writ petition, alongwith pending application, is disposed-off in terms of the above.
