The present petition is filed seeking leave to appeal against the judgment dated 18.04.2022, passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (MM), South East District, Saket Court Complex, Delhi, pursuant to which the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 were acquitted for offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 ('NI Act').
