and leave encashment. The writ petitions were disposed of by an order dated 15.04.2025, with the following directions:- "9.

Both the writ petitions are disposed of, with the direction that the petitioner will make a comprehensive representation to the respondents on these issues within a period of two weeks from today. The respondents are directed to consider the same in accordance with law, including the directions of the Division Bench, within a period of six weeks thereafter, and pass a reasoned order. 10.

All rights and contentions of the parties, on the merits of the matter, remain reserved."

These applications have been filed for recall of the said order on the ground that the petitioner's representations have not yet been disposed of.

Pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner made a representation dated 21.04.2025 with regard to his medical bills, and also submitted a reminder on 12.06.2025. With regard to the other issues raised in the writ petitions, the petitioner made a representation only on 12.06.2025. 4.

Mr. L.R. Khatana, learned counsel for Export Inspection Council, who appears on advance notice, submits that both the representations will be disposed of by a detailed speaking order within six weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted. 5.

The applications are disposed of.
