The Petitioner has approached this Court for recall of the Order dated 22.02.2022 passed by this Court in BAIL APPLN. 3864/2021 and cancel the protection granted to Respondent No.2/accused. 2.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Prosecutrix and the learned APP for the State that the Prosecutrix has been examined. In view of the fact that the Prosecutrix stands examined, this Court is of the opinion that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. 3.
