% 17.12.2025 CRL.M.A. 37789/2025 (seeking modification of order dated 27th October, 2025) 1.

It is submitted that the Applicant is a permanent resident of District Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, and does not have any permanent place of residence in Delhi. It is further explained that the Applicant has no family members or relatives residing in Delhi. In these circumstances, a prayer is made for relaxation of the condition imposed in paragraph 7(c) of the order dated 27th October, 2025.

The Applicant undertakes to strictly comply with the condition stipulated in paragraph 7(g) of the said order and assures his regular appearance before the concerned Police Station on the first Friday of every third month. He further undertakes to remain present before the Trial Court The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In view of the aforesaid explanation and undertaking, condition no. 7(c) imposed vide order dated 27th October, 2025 stands deleted. 4.
