The matter has been pending since the year 2019. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.03.2024, none had appeared for the petitioner. It was noted that the process fee for issuance of notice to the respondent had also not been filed. In the interest of justice, one last opportunity was granted to the petitioner to take steps for service of notice on the respondent. The petitioner was also directed to pay a cost of ₹10,000/- to Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee. 3.

However, no steps have been taken till date.

None appears for the petitioner even today.
