The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:- "A. Quash the FIR No.0190 dated 16.11.2019 registered under section 420/468/471 IPC P.S Jafar Kalan Dst. Dwarka, and all proceedings arising out of it.

B. Pass an order quashing the order dated 12.05.2022 passed by the Ld MM--12/sw/dwk/Delhi in Cr. Case 10330/2020 titled State v Closure Report in FIR NO. 190/2019 PS. J afar Kalan Dst. Dwarka and all the proceedings arising out of it.

C. Pass an order Staying all the proceedings arising out of FIR No. 0190 dated 16. 11.20 19 registered under section 420/468/471 IPC P.S Jafar Kalan Dst.
