% 28.08.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of directions of this Court, the order on charge has already been passed. Learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take all his contentions before the learned Trial Court, however, a direction may be issued that since the FIR is of the year 2014, the expeditious trial may be conducted. In view of the submissions, the present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. However, all contentions of the petitioner shall remain open and will taken up before the learned Trial Court.
