CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA PALLI

O R D E R

% 05.03.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a statutory appeal under the provisions of Delhi Land Reforms Act. He, however, submits that in view of the fact that the impugned order causes grave prejudice to the petitioner, who was not even issued any show cause notice before passing of the impugned order, a direction may be given to the Appellate Authority to expeditiously decide the appeal proposed to be filed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 & 2 who appears on advance notice, submits that as and when the appeal is filed, the same would be dealt with expeditiously as per law.

The petition and applications are disposed of in the aforesaid terms with liberty granted to the petitioner as prayed for. MARCH 05, 2018/aa REKHA PALLI, J
