In the circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to such remedies, as may be available to it under law. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending applications also stand disposed of. 4.
