% 18.03.2016 Learned counsels for the parties submit that the suit which is presently pending before the learned District and Sessions Judge, South has to be transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction of the South-East District as the suit property which is at Lajpat Nagar falls within the jurisdiction of South-East District. The prayer made in the petition is accordingly allowed. Suit No.1039/2015 titled Manjit Singh Mehta Vs. Sudhir Kumar Sahdev pending before the learned District and Sessions Judge, South be transferred to the Court of District and Sessions Judge, South-East District. Parties to appear before the Court of District and Sessions Judge, South-East District at 10:30 AM on 21.04.2016 who shall try the case herself or transfer it to any other Court of competent jurisdiction.

Petition disposed of.
