Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner-CBI seeking setting aside of the order dated 22.05.2021 whereby interim bail has been granted to the Respondent.

It is submitted by learned Special Public Prosecutor that thereafter, regular bail has also been granted to the Respondent. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the present Petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such, while making it clear that any observations made in the order shall not be construed as final expression on the merits of the case.
