The matter is being listed on the basis of an office note dated 05.09.2020, which refers to a communication dated 04.09.2020 received from the Jail Superintendent, Central Jail No.1, Tihar, Delhi, stating that the extension of interim bail granted to the applicant vidé order dated 28.07.2020 in Bail Appl. No. 1829/2020 expired on 31.08.2020; but that the applicant has not surrendered till 03.09.2020. 3.

In the circumstances, the office note is disposed of, with a direction to the Jail Superintendent to inform this court in the event the applicant does not surrender even after 31.10.2020. 5.
