After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the appellant will pay to the respondent a total amount of Rs.2.35 lacs in full and final satisfaction of all claims of the respondent in the present litigation. This amount of Rs.2.35 lacs will be paid by the appellant to the respondent within a period of two months from today. Payment will be made through a banking instrument delivered directly either to Sh. Prabhat Kumar of the respondent company or through the counsel for the respondent who is appearing today.
