% 10.08.2020 (hearing through Video Conferencing) The applicant vide the present application has sought the grant of bail in relation to the FIR No.356/2020, PS Bhalswa Dairy under Sections 308/341/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 submitting to the effect that a settlement has since been arrived at between the parties i.e. the applicant/petitioner and the two injured namely Sumit and Altaf Ali vide a compromise deed 17.07.2020.

The status report has been submitted by the State opposing the prayer made by the applicant submitting to the effect that one of the injured persons named Altaf Ali had sustained grievous injuries as per the MLC bearing No.159435 of the Babu Jag Jivan Ram Memorial Hospital and the other injured named Sumit had sustained simple injuries. The factum of the compromise between the parties has however been verified by the State, in as much as, it is also indicated that there is a cross FIR i.e. FIR No.355/2020, PS Bhalswa Dairy under Sections 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 between the parties, in the circumstances, the applicant is allowed to be released on bail on filing of his bail bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with directions to the effect that:- ▪ he shall keep his mobile on at all times;

▪ he shall drop his location on the Google map so that his location is available to the Investigating Officer; ▪ he shall commit no offence whatsoever;

▪ he shall also keep himself available to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when his presence is required. The application is disposed of.
