% 22.07.2020 (hearing through Video Conferencing) CRL.M.A. 9715/2020 (Ex.) Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

BAIL APPLN. 1834/2020 It is informed by the Court Master of this Court that Mr.Hemant Gulati, Advocate has joined the present proceedings on behalf of the applicant a few minutes ago but he is not visually present now. Vide the present application, the applicant seeks the grant of interim bail for a period of six weeks in relation to FIR No.55/2019, PS Inderpuri under Sections 302/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Notice thereof is issued to the State and is accepted by the learned APP on behalf of the State.

The applicant has submitted through the application that has been filed by the learned counsel for the applicant that vide order dated 10.07.2020 in Bail Appln. 1642/2020, the applicant had been granted interim bail for a period of 10 days and that the applicant is covered by the orders of the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 3037/2020, whereby all interim bails as in existence on 13.07.2020 have been extended till the date 31.08.2020. The said submission made through the application qua the orders dated 13.07.2020 in W.P.(C)3037/2020 is not refuted on behalf of the State.

Thus, in view of the said order dated 13.07.2020 in W.P.(C)3037/2020, it is imperative to extend the interim bail as granted to the applicant herein vide order dated 10.07.2020 till the date 31.08.2020 and thus, the interim bail granted to the applicant is thus extended till the date 31.08.2020 on the same terms and conditions as imposed vide order dated 10.07.2020.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
