% 11.01.2019 Affidavit of evidence has not been filed. An adjournment slip has been moved on behalf of the plaintiff to which no objection has been given by learned counsel for the defendants. Learned counsel for plaintiff seeks some more time to file the affidavit of evidence. Heard. Request allowed. Last opportunity is granted to the plaintiff to file affidavits in evidence of all the witnesses within four weeks from today with advance copy to the opposite side but subject to cost of Rs.10,000/ to be deposited with the 'Army Welfare Fund Battle Casualties'. The plaintiff is directed to file the proof towards deposit of cost with the registry within two

weeks from today.
