The present contempt petition has been filed on account of noncompliance of order dated 15.10.2020 in W.P.(C) 8020/2020, wherein the direction was passed for re-demarcation of land on payment of demarcation charges by the petitioner.

Vide order dated 27.03.2025, it was recorded on behalf of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that an amount of Rs. 60,000/- had been paid and that he would pay the demarcation charges demanded. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the demarcation process has been done and he does not wish to press the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 6.
