The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning the assessment order dated 18.03.2025 passed under Section 143(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 [the Act] read with Section 144B of the Act. 2.

Undisputedly, the petitioner has the appellate remedy and, therefore, this court does not consider it apposite to entertain the above captioned petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. Pending applications are also disposed of.
