The present application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking interim bail in FIR No. 161/2017 registered under Sections 302/365/201/34 IPC at P.S. Jaitpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in custody for more than 3 years and is not involved in any other case. She further submits that the petitioner's case is covered by the guidelines under the Minutes of Meeting dated 18.05.2020 of the High Powered Committee. It is further submitted that the all the public witnesses have already been examined.

Nominal Roll of the petitioner has been placed on record. As per the Nominal Roll, the petitioner has undergone sentence of about 3 years and 4 months as on 30.07.2020. It is also reported that the petitioner has been granted interim bail twice earlier. Her jail conduct is stated to be good. A BAIL APPLN. 1840/2020 Page 1 of 2

Status Report has also been filed, according to which, it is confirmed that the petitioner is not involved in any other case. 4.

Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner is admitted to interim bail till 31.08.2020 subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent/Duty M.M. and subject to further following conditions :- 1.

The petitioner shall not leave the NCT of Delhi without prior permission of the concerned court.

2.

The petitioner shall stay at her given address and in case of any change in the same, shall bring it to the notice of Insp.

The petitioner shall remain in touch with Insp. Anand Swarup, SHO, P.S. Jaitpur on every Monday during the period of her interim bail.

The petitioner shall not try to get in touch with any of the prosecution witness or tamper with the evidence. 5.

The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent after expiry of the interim bail. 5.

The application is disposed of in the above terms. 6.

A copy of this order be communicated electronically to the concerned Jail Superintendent.
