This is a criminal writ petition under Article 226 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Section 482 of Cr.P.C) seeking quashing of FIR No.294/2024, under Sections 376 IPC P.S. Neb Sarai, and consequent criminal proceedings initiated against the petitioner which are pending trial in criminal case SC No.724/2024 under Sections 376/377/506 IPC at Saket Courts, South District, New Delhi.
