Petitioner has no objection if the respondent wants to install a glow signboard above the signboard of the petitioner of size 4 feet by 2 feet on the common staircase for any tenant/owner who has the access through the said staircase.

The respondent also undertakes to withdraw the suit pending before the Trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also informs that the requisite compliance has been done in terms of the directions contained in order dated 09.10.2023 and, therefore, there is nothing left in the present matter. He, therefore, prays that the present petition may be disposed of as not pressed.
