An application has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner/Revisionist for recall of the Order dated 28.02.2024 vide which the present Revision has been dismissed on account of non-appearance of the petitioner. 2.
It is submitted that the learned counsel was busy in the other Court and by the time he appeared, the case had already been dismissed. The nonappearance of the counsel was not deliberate or intentional, hence the Revision Petition be restored.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the restoration of the Revision Petition.
