CM APPL.15901/2020 & CM APPL.15902/2020 (Exemptions) Exemptions allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The applications are disposed of accordingly. CM APPL.16040/2020 (Exemption) The present application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed on behalf of the applicant/appellant seeking exemption from filing the original and notarized pleadings FAO(OS) (COMM) 88/2020 Page 1 of 1

and affidavits in support of the accompanying appeal, as well as, applications.

For the reasons stated in the application and in view of the present prevailing situation, the same is allowed. The applicant/appellant is allowed to file the original and notarized pleadings and affidavits within a period of one week from the date of resumption of regular functioning of the Court.

With the above direction, the present application is disposed of. FAO(OS) (COMM) 88/2020 & CM APPL.15899/2020 (Stay) Mr. Chander Lall, learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the GE Power India Limited/appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this appeal, with liberty to assail the impugned judgment and order dated 26.06.2020, by way of a Regular First Appeal, in accordance with law.

Leave and liberty granted.

The present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the afore-stated liberty and disposed of accordingly. The pending application also stands disposed of.
