The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on behalf of the petitioner seeking to set aside Order dated 21.03.2025 whereby the Non-Bailable Warrants were issued, Order dated 15.01.2025 whereby the arrest warrants were issued without notice and Order dated 20.02.2025 whereby Civil Imprisonment was awarded to the petitioner, passed by learned Family Court-02 in case bearing Ex.
