Mr. Ravi Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has acceded to the extradition request made by the Government of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Island before the Court of learned ACJM, Patiala House Courts today.

The matter has been reserved for orders by the learned ACJM on the extradition request for 03.06.2025.

The learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the consent granted for extradition by the petitioner, the petitioner does not want to press the present bail application. Therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
