The Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking quashing of the FIR No. 139/2024 under Sections 438A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, registered at Police Station Bhajanpura, District Central, Delhi and any other proceedings emanating therefrom.

Learned counsel on behalf of the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition.
