1. This is a review petition preferred by the respondents seeking review of order dated 25.07.2024 vide which the writ petition was allowed.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the review petitioners/respondents, we find that learned counsel for the respondents is only trying to reargue the matter on merits and has not been able to point out any error apparent on the face of the record. This, in our considered view, is not permissible within the limited ambit of review jurisdiction.

3. We, therefore, find no ground for reviewing the order dated 25.07.2024. The review petition alongwith the accompanying application is, accordingly, dismissed.
