O R D E R

The present petitions have been filed on the premise that the bank accounts of the petitioner in China Trust Commercial Bank, Central Bank of India and Federal Bank (hereinafter collectively referred as 'the concerned The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. banks') have been frozen at the behest of / directions of the Directorate of Enforcement. The details of the bank accounts of the petitioner with regard to which the present petitions have been filed are as follows - i.

Current Account No. 902331004378 with China Trust Commercial Bank;

ii.

Current Account No. 3131894485, CA No.- 3218542583 and PC Account No. 3214768139 with Central Bank of India; and iii. Current Account No. 13820200068316 with Federal Bank. 2.

Mr. Zoheb Hossain, learned counsel appearing for the Directorate of Enforcement clarifies that till date, no action has been taken by the Directorate of Enforcement for freezing of the aforesaid bank accounts of the petitioner.

In the circumstances, the position that emerges is that no freezing action in respect of the aforesaid bank accounts of the petitioner has been taken by the Directorate of Enforcement till date. 4.

Thus, the concerned Banks are directed not to treat the aforesaid bank accounts of the petitioner as having been frozen on account of any orders passed by the Directorate of Enforcement. As such, there will be no impediment to the petitioner operating the said bank accounts, on account thereof.

These petitions are disposed of in the above terms. 6.

Learned counsel for the Directorate of Enforcement assures that if and when any action is proposed to be taken in future, the same shall be strictly in accordance with law.
