The petitioner has filed the present application, inter alia, praying that he be released on bail for a period of forty-five days in FIR No. 117/2018 under Section 376/506 IPC registered with PS Maurice Nagar. 4.

The present petition is bereft of any details as to the number of bail applications filed by the petitioner in the past and their outcome. It appears from the record that the petitioner had fied seven bail applications since October 2019. First bail application (BAIL APPLN. 2673/2019) was disposed of on 31.10.2019 and the last of the seven application (BAIL

APPLN. 695/2020) was disposed of on 19.06.2020. 5.

Since, the present application does not disclose the material particulars, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present application.

The alleged offence committed by the petitioner is a serious one and the petitioner was apprehended immidiately after the offence - while he was exiting the park where the offence alleged to have been committed. 7.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
