Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the grievances ventilated in this writ petition have been brought to an end by the respondents by finalizing the assessment against the bill of entries enumerated in the memo of the writ petition. In view of the aforesaid submission that the grievances of the petitioners have been brought to an end by the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of as not pressed at this stage.
