The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present petition is covered by the decision of the Supreme Court in the case of Government of NCT of Delhi v. K.L. Rathi Steels Limited and Others: (2024) 7 SCC 315.

The learned counsels for the parties state that the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) had filed an MA (Diary) No. 4242/2023 in Civil Appeal No. 8647/2016, which was considered along with a batch of matters in Delhi Development Authority v. Tejpal and Others: (2024) 7 SCC 433. The matter is mentioned at Serial No.3 of matters classified under List C-1, which are to be disposed of in the light of paragraph no.128 of the decision in the case of Government of NCT of Delhi v. K.L. Rathi Steels Limited and Others: (supra).
