Applicant/petitioner seeks modification of order dated 21.04.2025. 2.

By virtue of aforesaid order, this Court had allowed the petitioner as well as her husband to enter into witness box and, simultaneously, for causing delay in the matter, they were burdened with cost of Rs. 10,000/- and such cost does not seem to be unreasonable or exorbitant. 3.

Therefore, there is no reason to modify the aforesaid order. However, period to clear the cost is extended by one week to be reckoned from today. 4.

Application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
